Please submit a final menu and guarantee of the exact number of guests for selection one (1) week in advance prior to the function otherwise, the highest estimated number will be used as a guarantee. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction; however you may increase your number of guests 24 hours prior to the function.

The sale and service of food and alcohol is strictly regulated by the Massachusetts Alcohol Beverage Commission. As a licensee, Lodge Restaurant is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Our policy is, all alcoholic beverages and food must be supplied by Lodge Restaurant. Lodge Restaurant reserves the right to limit and control the amount of alcoholic beverages consumed by the guests. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed to leave the establishment.

Business is conducted on a first come first serve basis, therefore weddings require a deposit of $200.00 and all other functions require a deposit of $100.00 to reserve. Deposits are applied towards the final bill and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Without established billing privileges, all functions must be prepaid three (3) business days prior to the event. Payment must be made in the form of cash, money order or certified check. NO CREDIT CARDS. Any additional charges are to be paid at the end of your function.

In compliance with applicable laws, regulations and establishments rules, client assumes full responsibility for any damage done to any part of the establishment premises.

All displays and/or decorations proposed by guests must be pre-approved in each specific instance. The establishment will not be responsible for any articles left after the event.

All prices are subject to a 5% Massachusetts state tax and 18% gratuity. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may be confirmed one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the event.
